Inquiry to publish all remaining health and social care impact witness statements

The Scottish COVID-19 Inquiry intends to publish any health and social care impact statements which were not heard in oral evidence.

Publication of these statements is scheduled to coincide with the publication of the Portfolio 3 (health and social care) narrative record. The Inquiry will publish the statements in accordance with any Restriction Orders granted by the Chair.

The Inquiry will be contacting witnesses to facilitate the publication of statements shortly. 

The statements will be made available, together with those already published, in the document and evidence library on the Inquiry’s website. They will be redacted in line with the Inquiry’s Statement of Intent: Redactions, which is available on the Protocols page of the Inquiry's website.
