Hearings postponed – 28 and 29 November

Due to Lord Brailsford being unwell, Inquiry hearings originally scheduled for Tuesday 28 and Wednesday 29 November have been postponed.

Witnesses who were due to give evidence on those days and core participant groups have been notified. The Inquiry team will reschedule those witnesses and discuss the options available to them.

The Inquiry recognises the inconvenience and distress caused and has apologised to witnesses affected.

The Inquiry’s Hearings and Witness Support Team, including a Cruse bereavement counsellor, remain available to support those witnesses affected by this change.

The Inquiry can confirm that the hearing scheduled for Thursday 30 November will go ahead as planned.
