Inquiry publishes Rule 9 guidance for Portfolio 4 and Portfolio 2 impact hearings

The Scottish COVID-19 Inquiry has published Rule 9 guidance for core participants and recognised legal representatives regarding the timing and means of requesting questions for witnesses during Portfolio 4 (education and certification) and Portfolio 2 (business and welfare) impact hearings.
