Inquiry publishes procedure to instruct expert reports and witnesses

The Scottish COVID-19 Inquiry has published a procedure setting out how it will select and instruct expert witnesses to provide evidence and opinions which may assist the Chair in fulfilling the Inquiry’s Terms of Reference.
