Inquiry publishes list of issues it is investigating
The Scottish COVID-19 Inquiry has published a list of the issues it is investigating under each of its Terms of Reference.
You can find the list here: List of issues being investigated by Term of Reference
The Inquiry’s 12 Terms of Reference were set by Scottish Ministers and specify the areas the Inquiry has the power to investigate.
These areas cover various aspects of health, social care, education and certification, business and welfare support, and the wider public sector response in Scotland.
The independent Inquiry is investigating the devolved strategic response to the COVID-19 pandemic between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2022, to establish the facts, identify any lessons that may be learned and make recommendations so that Scotland is better prepared in future.
