Additions to the Scottish COVID-19 Inquiry’s Terms of Reference
On 9 June 2022 it was announced in the Scottish Parliament that additional matters would be added to the Scottish COVID-19 Inquiry’s Terms of Reference.
The changes confirm that the Inquiry will be investigating the impact of restrictions, social care, unpaid carers, and inequalities, as part of the 12 areas of investigation set out in the Terms of Reference.
The changes were made after discussions between the Chair of the Inquiry and the Scottish Ministers, and bring to an end the initial period of reflection on the Terms of Reference.
You can find the updated Terms of Reference which the Inquiry will be investigating here.
